Member shall receive thirty percent (30%) discount on Clinical Examination and x-rays) any time during the year.
Member shall receive twenty percent (20%) on Medical Services including (Sound wave treatment sessions, Shock wave sessions and Physiotherapy sessions) any time during the year.
