- Member shall receive thirty percent 30% discount on all Medical services any time during the year.
- Member shall receive forty percent 40% discount on dental services such as cleaning, polishing, whitening, orthodontics, and root canal treatment any time during the year.
- Member shall receive fifty percent 50% discount on some ophthalmology services, especially Ultra LASIK and Silk LASIK operations any time during the year.
- Member shall receive fifty percent 50% discount on dental services such as dental implants, veneer removal with water laser any time during the year. ten percent (10%) discount on all Medical service packages anytime during the year.
